Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, and defining the solution architecture. Ability to implement the requirements and building, deploying, and maintaining the solution. experience designing and implementing custom .NET web based applications (C#). Extensive knowledge of various design patterns and implementing an Object Oriented Design. Proficient at implementing complex business logic requirements for large-scale business applications; i.e., high volume, complex calculations, and (or) high availability (24/7). Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.

Must be able to meet the requirements for a Treasury Full Background Investigation. Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Experience with MS Active Directory administartion, Windows Server and Terminal Server installation, package based deployment, experience with large eGov and/or eBusiness programs a plus.

    Tivoli enterprise management system including implementation, management, maintenance and administration of Tivoli enterprise class applications. Candidate need to be able to provide subject matter expertise in the following areas: IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.1, IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager, creating software packages using Tivoli Software Distribution 4.2 to automate the installation of various COTS packages and Custom Code.
